Welcome to the New and Improved Waterstone II website. We are excited to be able to provide our residents with current and upcoming information for their families as well as provide potential homebuyers a small glimpse of why moving into the Waterstone community is one of the biggest and best decisions you will ever make in your lifetime. Please feel free to look around at the eight communities within Waterstone and check back on a regular basis because events are constantly changing and you do not want to miss out!

The Waterstone II Master Association was created in 2005 to serve the eight communities located in this two-phase, planned urban development (PUD) most commonly known as “Waterstone.” Waterstone II is located within the City of Homestead, Florida and is also located within a special taxing district known as the South Dade Venture Community Development District (CDD).

On March 14, 2007, the Waterstone II Master Association, which had been under the developers’ control, was turned over to the residents of Waterstone II. As such, five neighborhood association presidents became the new Board of Directors. Since then, Waterstone II has changed management services, established and opened the new on-site offices, employed a new staff to serve our needs, created our own newsletter, created and issued hundreds of membership ID cards, established a new “Community Compliance Office”, opened the clubhouse facilities for its membership, launched this website, and so much more!

This is only the beginning of the level of service our membership should expect. It is our goal to provide every member with a “resort style” clubhouse and the personal service usally associated with luxury communities. We want to make EVERY member proud of our new community and we look forward to our future growth and sucess.
