Waterstone 2 clubhouse features an Olympic size swimming pool that gives residents many options for enjoyment. One can partake in a great cardio workout swimming laps, then relax in the cool refreshing water or simply bask in the cool breeze of the warm Miami sun. If working out is important to you, then we have a full gym that will help keep you in shape or enable you to get the body you always dreamed of having. There is also a fenced in playground where children can play under parental supervision within the safety of this property. All residents both in Waterstone I and Waterstone II who are current with their Association Dues may utilize these Amenities 365 days a year 7 days a week. Lastly exclusive to this clubhouse in Waterstone is our on site property management office for the 8 communities that make up Waterstone II.
