To make it easy for verified realtors to show houses within Waterstone 2 communities, the verified realtor can speak to one of our Waterstone representatives and any of the three main Guardhouses and they will provide access. No more having to go to the Waterstone 2 clubhouse for access. Avoid the hassle. Get the “Waterstone Passport” It’s that simple. You must return to the same guardhouse that granted you access once you finish showing the home. Only the 8 communities listed on this website participate in this program and will not provide access into any of the Waterstone I communities at this time. If you wish to gain access to any of the other 8 communities, you need to stop by the Waterstone Grand for that access.
